TransportMate replaces paper condition reports with a digital vehicle inspection the driver completes on their phone at collection and again at delivery — photographs, recorded damage, signatures, location and time, all captured as the inspection happens.

The driver does not fill in an inspection and then separately produce paperwork. When the collection inspection is completed and signed, it becomes the Proof of Collection. When the delivery inspection is completed and signed, it becomes the Proof of Delivery. Both are produced as professional PDF reports and shared with the customer.
