Question 1

How does AI Damage Detection work?

Accepted Answer

Take a photo of any vehicle damage and our AI instantly identifies scratches, dents, and scuffs with severity ratings. It generates professional descriptions for your appraisal reports — creating irrefutable evidence against disputed claims.

Question 2

What's included in the digital appraisal?

Accepted Answer

Timestamped photos, GPS coordinates, vehicle condition notes, mileage readings, and legally-binding digital signatures. Everything compiles into a professional PDF that can be emailed automatically.

Question 3

How does automatic invoicing work?

Accepted Answer

When you complete a delivery, an invoice is generated based on your cost-per-mile rate and syncs directly to QuickBooks, Xero, or FreeAgent — no double entry required.

Question 4

Which plan is right for my business?

Accepted Answer

Starter (£49/mo) for 1–3 vehicles, Growth (£99/mo) for 4–10 vehicles with AI, Pro (£149/mo) for unlimited jobs. All include a 30-day free trial.

Question 5

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, change anytime. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

Question 6

Does it work without mobile signal?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Complete appraisals offline — photos, signatures, and data save locally and sync automatically when you're back online.

Question 7

How do live customer tracking links work?

Accepted Answer

Send an SMS with a unique tracking link. Customers see real-time driver location on a map — no app download required. Tracking stops when the job completes.

Question 8

How do I add drivers?

Accepted Answer

Invite drivers by email from your dashboard. They get their own mobile dashboard to complete appraisals, update job status, and capture signatures.

Question 9

What happens if I exceed my job limit?

Accepted Answer

You'll see a warning at 80%. At 100% you'll be prompted to upgrade. Existing jobs remain fully accessible.
